Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Multilingual Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, supporting customers during the after-sales process by resolving inquiries and providing technical assistance. You will also identify and resolve customer complaints, provide accurate responses using appropriate tools and techniques, and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer journey and maintain high service standards.

We're looking for individuals who:

Meet the following criteria: Native-level French with fluent English (B2 level), strong formal speech, excellent writing abilities, previous experience in a contact center or customer service role, a proactive approach to resolving issues with attention to detail, and comfortable using customer support tools and software.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual income potential is approximately €15,558.72 gross, including bonuses, based on a monthly base salary of 830 EUR gross (14 payments/year) and additional benefits such as meal allowance, role complement, transport allowance, and performance bonus.

Work Environment:

This role is available for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), with 2 days off per week and schedules announced a month in advance.
