Your Role
You will ensure performance goals are met across all operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement. This role involves responding to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems, and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal is to promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a high level of English (written and oral) and at least 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service. Additionally, you must be passionate about automotive topics, skilled in digital tech, and able to understand policies, procedures, and warranties. Strong documentation skills and the ability to make independent decisions are also essential.
What You'll Get
This is a full-time position with indefinite contracts, offering a competitive salary of around €25,000-€35,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a performance bonus, work from home in Portugal, and opportunities for career development and language classes.
