Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our CSM team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers successfully onboard, adopt, and realize the value of our solutions.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in software companies. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Onboarding and Adoption: Work closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our solutions.
- Customer Health: Monitor customer health and provide proactive support to prevent issues.
- Tech Support: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers, working closely with our product and engineering teams when necessary.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Technical Support in a software company.
- A solid working knowledge of AppSec and Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships with customers through consultative conversations.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
