Rydoo is Europe's leading fintech scale-up that simplifies expense management. As a Business Development Representative in the UK, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new sales opportunities to drive Rydoo's presence in the UK market.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other creative approaches to engage key prospects.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help them
  • Work closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and develop a strategic sales approach for the UK market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to grow the pipeline and customer base in the assigned region
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A natural hunter personality with a love for getting into the details of a customer's needs
  • A people-first approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) and experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • 1-2 years of experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics
  • A highly organized and adaptable mindset with a growth mindset
Benefits:
