Cryptocurrency Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cryptocurrency Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Energent Media LLC. This role requires a professional with exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to comments and community member queries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the server and community experience, increase engagement, and activity.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram, Discord.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to different types of customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
