Ambitious French Language Support Specialist

At Cross Border Talents, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers with various needs. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries about subscriptions and resolving billing issues, as well as providing technical support. Your primary goal is to ensure every customer leaves the interaction satisfied and informed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming customer calls with empathy and efficiency, providing clear and helpful advice.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer issues related to subscriptions, billing, and technical matters, offering personalized solutions.
- Team Spirit: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and collaborative work environment, embodying our company culture.
We're Looking for Candidates with:
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in French is mandatory.
- No prior experience is necessary; we value a strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.
- A valid EU ID or residence card is required for eligibility.
Job Details:
- This is an on-site position in Porto.
- The role involves rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
- We are seeking candidates ready to start soon.
