Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Outscal Technologies. As a key member of our gaming sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Helping team members develop their skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales for the gaming industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proficient level of English, oral and written communications skills essential.
- Results-oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a team player attitude with deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
