Customer Support Operations Specialist

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks an experienced Customer Support representative to establish and expand our customer support operations. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service standards and sustaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls efficiently
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to provide personalized solutions
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Manage complaints, offering suitable solutions and options, with follow-up to secure resolution
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
- Fluency in English and German
- Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
- Strong IT skills, ability to handle technical queries from customers
- Exceptional written communication skills and strong listening abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
