Indie Campers is seeking a skilled Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining and optimizing our customer support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to enhance customer support, and collaborating with the customer support team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. You must have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a background in Strategy & Consulting with +3 years of experience in consultancy, data analysis, process engineering, or continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or other related fields is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- • Analyze customer support data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer support initiatives with broader business goals.
