Purpose of Role: As an Ingredients Export Sales Manager, you will oversee sales department coordination and fulfill essential tasks within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic sales plan expanding customer base and ensuring strong market presence.
- Responsible for key accounts tracking all sales KPIs.
- BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS WITH SALES AGENTS AND DISTRIBUTORS IN EUROPE, ASIA, AND AMERICA.
- Identify new opportunities and shifts in markets while being aware of product updates and competition status.
- Create accurate sales reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong network in food ingredients sales channels in Europe.
- ERP and CRM oriented.
- Bachelor's degree or previous experience in Sales, Business Administration, Trade, or related field.
- Successful sales representative or sales manager experience consistently meeting targets.
- At least 3 years' experience required.
- English proficiency (oral and written), French intermediate level recommended, German, Polish, Italian, Spanish, etc., advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
- Excellent business acumen and industry expertise.
- Mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Salary Range: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
Estimated Salary: 55,000 Euros per year, taking into account average Portuguese salaries for this role.
