Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Operations Associate to join our UK operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing daily pre-checks, managing key inventory, scheduling linen orders, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform daily pre-checks to ensure properties are ready for guests
- Manage key investigations to ensure all keys are accounted for and secure
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen orders
- Assist in resolving operational issues, working closely with the operations team to find solutions
- Engage in daily communications with ground-level providers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an operational role, preferably within hospitality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work weekends
- Work in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for growth
