Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product and service inquiries, answering calls and emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Solve emerging issues with precision and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills and attentive listening
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and advance, with a curious and investigative approach
