Dutch Customer Support Specialist for Climate Management Solutions

Job Description: As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product and service inquiries, answering calls and emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Solve emerging issues with precision and efficiency
Requirements:
- Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills and attentive listening
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, with a curious and investigative approach
