Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Customer Claims Resolution Expert - French Speaker to join our Nestlé Business Services team. This role will involve analyzing and solving claims and deductions raised by different stakeholders, working closely with the Claims Management Lead Specialist.
Daily Responsibilities
Receiving, registering, assigning and categorizing customer claims and deductions;Contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope;Analyzing and checking KPIs on quality of services provided and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews;Participating in KPI trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance or Economics (preferred but not essential);Knowledge of basic finance terminology and accounting rules;Good English and French language skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel;Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;Positive thinking, willingness to learn and team player attitude required;Good organization and prioritization skills to cope with a fast-paced environment.
