Randstad Ii - Prestação De Serviços, Limitada is a leading recruitment agency, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Braga or Lisbon. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them leverage AI customer care automation solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling of products and services. You will also develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client, monitor their usage and performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Delivery, and Support, to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support for clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and strategies for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize their experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar.
  • More than 3 years in a customer-facing role, within technology, SaaS or Artificial Intelligence industry, with a focus on customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of customer care automation, AI technologies, and customer support best practices.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory requirement). Spanish will be a plus.
  • BPO knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices, with experience in managing and retaining enterprise-level clients.
