About the Role
The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of respective kitchen sections and guiding team members to meet set standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure efficiency.
- Lead and train team members to maintain high culinary standards.
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
