Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires providing exceptional customer support to enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients via various channels, responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner, and escalating issues to management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist enterprise customers, partners, and engineers using various communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify potential levels of support by gathering relevant information
  • Conduct thorough research to investigate problems, collaborating with other teams as needed
  • Evaluate the severity of issues and escalate them to management when necessary
  • Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address service issues, develop bug fixes, and create test cases
  • Ensure that each support request adheres to client SLAs while achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Document technical work and research in a comprehensive manner
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Czech language skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment, particularly Exchange Online
  • Foundations knowledge of Networking, Protocols, Authentication, PowerShell, and DNS
  • Experience working with Office 365 Directory Synchronization tool (DirSync), Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect)
  • Resourceful personality with adaptability and calmness in all situations
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts from 08 AM to 05 PM (40 hours a week)

Estimated salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
