Role Overview

The CRM Executive, Budget and Performance will play a key role in driving impactful customer engagement strategies by leveraging data analysis expertise. This individual will support senior leaders in optimizing CRM initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting datasets for all CRM KPIs and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering actionable insights to empower Senior Management in decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers and relevant CRM stakeholders to uncover customer insights and recommend strategies to boost campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in analyzing complex datasets using tools like Excel and other analytic platforms to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communicator who translates data insights into clear, stakeholder-friendly messages.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
