Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Immunology Specialist to join our team in the Center region. As a key member of our Immunology team, you will be responsible for promoting and communicating medical information to healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, and implementing commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Scientific Promotion: Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.
  2. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance.
  3. Medical Education: Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions.
  4. Commercial Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions.
  6. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards.

Estimated Salary Range: € 30,000 - € 40,000 per annum
