Salary: The estimated salary for this position is approximately 1755€ per month, based on the provided information.
Job Description:
This role involves guiding Norwegian-speaking users through account setup, sign-in issues, and resolving login problems. Additionally, you will troubleshoot streaming and playback issues for high-quality viewing experiences, assist with device support, app compatibility, installation, and setup, and help manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and billing adjustments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Norwegian (at least C2)
- Proficiency in English (at least B2)
- No prior experience is necessary, as paid training is provided
