Customer Service Professional with Social Media Expertise

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines customer service and social media expertise? Blu Selection, an international recruitment company, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Agent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via social media, supporting customers with product information, and processing warranty cases. They will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a native level of German and a good level of English, as well as enthusiasm about social media and intercultural communication. They will also need to be comfortable working proactively at a fast pace and be willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience.

As a valued member of the Blu Selection team, the Customer Service Agent will receive a competitive salary package, including:

  • A gross monthly salary of 950-1,000€ (including free accommodation) or 1,300-1,400€ (excluding accommodation), depending on experience
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within EU)
  • Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
