With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a wide range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the sale of our vehicles.
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Commercial Principal B2B & B2A to drive the sales of our leisure vehicles within our RV Sales business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to outplace our fleet of over 6,000 vehicles via B2B and B2A channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful reselling of Indie Campers vehicles through pre-existing dealer networks and auction channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, driving sales performance and ensuring an exceptional B2B/B2A experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with our overall rental and operational strategy.
- Support the continuous improvement of operational processes and contribute to the long-term success of our fleet sales business unit.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in sales within a multinational auto brand, fleet management company, auto trader, or e-commerce platform.
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries.
- Strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinker who uses data and instincts to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Self-starter who can work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
