About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Infraspeak, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in the UK & I markets, ensuring they achieve the expected outcomes. You will work closely with customers, taking ownership of their success, and becoming a trusted advisor by understanding their strategic requirements and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage your own customer portfolio, focusing on UK & I markets
• Partner with customers, taking ownership from the moment they become active
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding strategic requirements and implementing solutions
• Ensure maximum satisfaction and success of customers in your portfolio
• Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collect feedback on the product and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in Product Management with feature design, user experience, and road mapping
• Occasionally support sales teams with technical demos
