Your Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Customer Success leader to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to onboard, manage, and grow our expanding portfolio of union clients. Your charge will be to drive implementation and onboarding, employee engagement, and value demonstration, while building trusted relationships with customers and advocating for their needs internally.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management roles, preferably in digital health or benefits spaces with implementation expertise.
  • Previous experience working with union clients is a strong asset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including experience working with c-level executives, team members, and third-party organizations.
  • A growth mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders through storytelling.
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously, and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned on key deliverables and timelines.
