Tech-Savvy Norwegian Language Business Development Representative

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of €2,200 per month, consisting of a base salary and commission. The commission can reach up to €320 per month, in addition to a transport bonus of €100 per month.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the sales team of a leading IT company in Athens, Greece. As a B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on selling, upselling, client retention, and renewal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by identifying potential customers and engaging with them via email and outbound phone calls.
- Client Engagement: Analyze client business needs to propose tailored solutions and educate clients about Cloud products and services.
- Troubleshooting: Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
Experience Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with IT products, Cloud software, and CRM systems.
- An EU passport or permission to work full time in Greece.
Required Competencies & Skills
The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in accountability, written communication, job motivation, persuasiveness, and PC knowledge. Additionally, familiarity with applications, internet browsers, and Cloud services is required, along with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
Educational Background
Candidates should hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical field.
