About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Polish native speaker or fluent individual with excellent English skills to join our Customer Support team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.

- Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels.
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
- Document relevant case information.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or proficient Polish (C1 - C2) and fluent English (minimum level B2).
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
We offer a competitive package that includes:
- A salary of €14,000 per year (based on 12 monthly payments), making your total annual remuneration around €13,200 after tax.
