Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Professional to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our sales support function, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for attending customer meetings and calls, providing operational support, and enhancing processes by working with cross-functional resources at different organizational levels.

Your primary duty will be to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support, which includes:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer requests and escalating autonomously.
  • Attending customer meetings/calls to discuss topics, review service levels, and build relationships.
  • Preparing commercial offers with support from Business Unit and Account Manager.
  • Supporting Account Manager with RFQ data verification, sales forecast updates, and VPA tracking.
  • Processing sample requests and supporting data entry into CRM Dynamics.
  • Conducting simple analysis, updating reports, and creating credit/debit notes in ERP system.
  • Preparing data for Volume Price Agreements (VPA), tracking VPA fulfillment, and adjusting backlog for new pricing.
  • Sending documents to customers on PCN/PD and tracking open action items.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven individual with a strong business mindset who is not afraid to initiate relationships with new contacts. You should have a structured working style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A University/College degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in sales support.
  • A service-oriented attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to plan work based on general guidelines and good decision-making capacity within standardized processes.
  • Fluency in English and French.
