Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Logistics Sales Professional to be part of our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales data, and analyzing sales trends to support business growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner;
- Compiling and developing reports to ensure accurate and timely information on sales trends;
- Providing sales force with relevant customer information to ensure effective decision-making;
- Analyzing sales trends and performance to support business scenarios;
- Maintaining promotional databases and entering order and sales information in our system.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar logistics or sales role, with a focus on customer service;
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
