Job Description

  • As Sales Engineering Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and margin for our products manufactured in Portugal.
  • You will develop a growth strategy, aligned with overall Europe business goals, and sell it to internal stakeholders.
  • You will support our European Sales organization in various ways, including arranging customer meetings, preparing quotations, and preparing sales pitches.
  • You will build long-term relationships with key customers and understand their requirements to translate them into cost-efficient products.
  • You will own the process from product design to delivery of products to our customers, ensuring project management meets customer expectations.
  • You will monitor budget and track KPIs to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Bachelor's degree required).
  • Continuous learning and professional development in relevant areas.
  • Proven track record in sales engineering or technical sales leadership within the industrial sector, with over 10 years of experience in mass market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing a factory is a plus.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience.
