About the Role

The Territory Account Manager role is a unique opportunity to grow Uber Eats in Portugal with a strong sense of ownership, strategic vision, and client obsession, directly impacting the success of one of Uber Eats' fastest-growing countries and driving a step-change in the evolution of the food delivery business.

This position requires a combination of strong client obsession, relationship management skills, and operational execution abilities to achieve results at scale.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop Uber Eats in specific areas and/or cities, focusing on both topline (orders and clients growth) and bottom-line (average basket) performance, with a strong emphasis on the restaurant dimension.
  2. Identify key restaurants to acquire and partner with our dedicated sales team to ensure successful closures.
  3. Built long-term relationships with restaurant accounts to maximize their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.
  4. Acknowledge an extensive understanding of the area and cities to identify further opportunities for Uber Eats growth (opening hours extension, new suburbs to cover).
  5. Serve as an ambassador for Uber Eats mission, brand, and product.

Your Requirements

  • A proven track record in account management or client-facing roles, coupled with the willingness to learn.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales/account management is required.
  • Incredible empathy, with excellent organizational skills, integrity, and follow-through on tasks.
  • The ability to take initiatives, work independently, and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Strategic thinking, analyzing restaurant needs to unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve.
  • A passion for Uber, driven by being at the forefront of a highly visible, fast-growing brand.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, handling multiple complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking, reading comprehension, and writing in English and Portuguese.

Additional Qualifications

  • Flexibility to travel across the country to meet restaurant accounts.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
