Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager

About the Job:

Phenix, a pioneering company in reducing food surplus, is seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Portuguese market. As part of its expansion, the company aims to acquire and manage food retail clients, helping them implement tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new food retail clients in Portugal
- Develop long-term relationships, ensuring excellent understanding of client needs and high satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the technical implementation of Phenix's solutions at client sites, collaborating with other departments
- Provide strategic input on product-market fit and propose go-to-market and sales strategies
- Represent Phenix at events, conferences, and industry meetings

Requirements:

- Deep knowledge of the food retail industry in Portugal
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech-based services
- Ability to articulate value propositions and demonstrate ROI
- Familiarity with integrating technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
