Job Overview

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing strategic insights to drive business decisions and leading the sales incentive process to boost performance.

About Our Client

We are a global leader in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, committed to innovative research, development, and manufacturing of medicines and therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the gathering of market and customer insights using primary & secondary information, ethnographic method, and benchmarking.
  • Develop a robust market research plan to address top business needs by leading primary/secondary research, business analytics focused on priority brands, as well as ad hoc research as needed.
  • Identify best market research techniques, vendors, methodologies, monitor recruitment, analyze/triangulate results and make strategic recommendations.
  • Integrate several insights sources to better understand customers and their needs (contribute to accurate customer profiling & segmentation) to support Omni channel strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

University Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, or other related area. Experience in UX/UI, Insights gathering methodologies, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Market Research or Customer Experience. Knowledge of data-sources. Primary market research. Business Mindset.

Estimated Salary

€80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
