Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical support, or a related field and be proficient in providing exceptional support via multiple communication channels.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting user issues, educating clients on platform features, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.

A key aspect of this position is staying up-to-date with new client features and updates to ensure accurate support delivery.

Additionally, the selected candidate will collect and relay user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Confidentiality is essential, as sensitive information about clients must be protected.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
  • Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
