Senior Sales Account Manager with Italian Fluency

As a Solutions Sales Specialist with Italian, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients. Your proficiency in Italian and English will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and identify opportunities for success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. You will be skilled in value-based selling, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings and apply best practices to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for sales growth and development.
- Provide recommendations for campaign setup and optimization, ensuring clients achieve their sales targets.
- Meet specific sales targets and maximize opportunities during each interaction.
- Ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline and monitor the return on investment (ROI) for client campaigns using a customer management system (CRM).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented role.
- Skilled in value-based selling to clients and channel partners.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment.
