We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires driving top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing innovative strategies for account expansion. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, while promoting long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new commercial customers and the development of innovative account expansion strategies.
  • Nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, while promoting long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, optimizing account revenue and profitability.

You will leverage data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies, leading to improved conversion rates in new business pipelines and increased retention and expansion of existing clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
  • Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.
