We are seeking an accomplished Service Desk Agent Italian Speaker to join our team at HCL Technologies. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum.

About the Role

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking stakeholders, providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Your excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

You will work closely with diverse teams, including Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams, to ensure seamless stakeholder experiences. Additionally, you will coordinate regular calls with clients to discuss refills, upgrades, and product accessories, process service request tickets, and provide administrative support for client database management.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment

  • Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) and independent user level in English (B2)
