Job Description: Content Manager for Global Customer Experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team as a Content Manager for Global Customer Experience.

About the Role:

This role involves maintaining the CE Knowledge Database, creating new content to support changes to our business processes, editing and updating articles as part of the annual review process, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CE Knowledge Database
  • Create new content to support changes to our business processes
  • Edit and update articles as part of the annual review process
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be a highly skilled Content Manager with strong English language skills, excellent oral and writing abilities, and experience in managing content databases. You will also possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan, organize, and manage your time effectively. Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively and have a passion for improving content for our users.
