About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our content management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of our knowledge database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CE Knowledge Database, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and adheres to quality standards
  • Create new content to support changes in business processes
  • Edit and update articles as part of the annual review process
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions

Requirements:

  • Strong English language skills, including oral and written communication
  • Microsoft/Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for improving content for users
