About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our content management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of our knowledge database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CE Knowledge Database, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and adheres to quality standards
- Create new content to support changes in business processes
- Edit and update articles as part of the annual review process
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and verify content created by other functions
Requirements:
- Strong English language skills, including oral and written communication
- Microsoft/Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Good communication and attention to detail skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively
- Collaborative mindset and passion for improving content for users
