Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to represent our brand as a frontlines of the P2P market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Arbitrating customer disputes professionally and maintaining a safe and secure marketplace
- Investigating trading activity, identifying fraudulent behavior, and taking appropriate actions
- Creating a culture and processes that achieve business goals and objectives regarding customer service
- Using Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify product improvements and presenting them to stakeholders and peers
- Serving as the Voice of the Customer across the organization and providing feedback through 1:1s and personal development plans
- Ensuring continuous customer and complainant surveys to produce timely information about customer experience
- Sharing learning from complaints within the organization, contractors, partners, and publicizing relevant information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
- A strong ability to use IT for professional purposes and handle technical queries from customers
- Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Fluency in English and proficiency in a native language
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
Benefits
Binance offers a competitive salary range between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect:
