Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to handle high volumes of live chat and phone calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes via live chat and phone
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers
  • Managing complaints and offering suitable solutions within specified timeframes
  • Fostering strong communication and following established procedures and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
  • Strong IT skills and technical knowledge to address customer queries
  • Exceptional written communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
