Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email or live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing and potential customers, meeting sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- Advanced Active Listening and Engagement skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic.
- Pleasant and positive attitude.
