About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description:

  • To work closely with our Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • To develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive increased revenue growth in specific target markets.
  • To generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold outreach.
  • To build strong relationships with channel partners and customers to increase sales revenue.
  • To manage all leads, opportunities, and associated data via Salesforce.com.
  • To develop and communicate sales propositions to end-user customers.
  • To take ownership of specific marketing campaigns for your region/accounts.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/native Portuguese speaker with excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Sales experience within an inside sales role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SFDC/Salesforce.com is advantageous.
  • Motivated, self-starter, and able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Hunter-type mentality.
  • Excellent communication capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
