Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our team and drive revenue growth.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead generation and pipeline management: identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting the company and establishing new business contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the design and build or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Portuguese language skills are also required).

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
