About the Role:
As a District Sales Manager for our Cardiometabolic team, you will lead a diverse sales team and foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and medical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring performance expectations and development goals are clearly understood by all team members and regularly monitoring results and goals achievement.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a diverse sales team to achieve business objectives
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and develop sales plans
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Finance)
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in obesity and/or diabetes
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel 30% of the time across the region (driver's license)
• Strong understanding of the interplay between sales, marketing, and medical functions
• Familiarity and/or experience in marketing processes
