We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing world-class service while working on projects with top prestigious brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer queries promptly and efficiently;
- Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Recording customer data accurately in our CRM system;
- Providing ad-hoc support as required;
- Collaborating with your team to achieve project success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Norwegian and a fluent level of English;
- In-depth understanding of the value and impact of superior customer experience;
- A high school degree or a bachelor's degree;
- Excellent listening skills and proficient communication abilities;
- A drive for excellence and professionalism;
- Strong teamwork skills and dedication to collaborative success;
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle;
- A valid Greek work permit or nationality allowing you to work in an EU-country.
In return, we offer:
- A long-term fixed-term contract with yearly renewal;

- Salary: €18,200 per year (approximately €1,300 per month) + bonuses on performance;
