We are working with a leading outsourcing consultancy to find a skilled Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German. This role will be based in Porto, Portugal and involves handling inbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Sell cruise packages tailored to customer needs and preferences
  • Cross-sell and upsell travel products and services
  • Provide comprehensive information on destinations, boats, documentation, pricing, and other related topics
  • Support travel agents with bookings and ensure smooth booking management

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity to work with a leading global travel brand, providing excellent customer service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German language skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide accurate information efficiently
