Customer Support Professional

The ideal candidate will have the motivation for learning and an ambitious mindset. They will work closely with our Support Team to establish a common strategy to expand our business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our client's digital recruitment process by answering questions, resolving issues, educating, and helping them succeed;
- Supporting recruiters in the use of our platform as well as providing expert advice;
- Supporting applicants through the application process on our platform;
- Development of resources that ensure the correct use and understanding of our platform;
- Research and being in the loop with evidence-based HR for best practices;
- Supporting the development and suggesting improvements for our software;
- Be an ambassador for skeeled and its culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Economics, Business or Social Sciences, ideally HR or Psychology;
- Customer support experience preferably in the Tech industry;
- Proficiency in English.
