Italian-Speaking Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking Account Executive to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to advertisers and agency partners. Your primary focus will be on leading sales calls, campaign reviews, and regular check-ins to drive client strategy. You will also be responsible for understanding client industries, making recommendations, and influencing marketing budgets. Additionally, you will create custom sales presentations showcasing ad value with key data and research, and act as a trusted advisor, providing onboarding and optimization strategies, including upselling new product features. You will troubleshoot campaign issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them, educate clients on our client's value proposition, news, benchmarks, and best practices, and identify and engage all relevant client stakeholders, including new decision makers. You will use sales technology to track and enhance sales activities, work closely with Account Executives to develop creative media plans and execute upsells and cross-sells, and identify clients for handoff to Growth Account Managers and ensure a seamless transition. You will meet and exceed revenue and activity targets. Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possession of EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Portugal. 1-3 years of B2B sales or digital marketing experience, ideally in advertising or an agency setting. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to consult strategically, present effectively, and overcome objections. Proficient in preparing and delivering impactful client meetings and sales presentations using data and research. Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication. Passionate about client service, offering expertise and enthusiasm. Focused on strategic consulting to help clients maximize their marketing spend. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 onsite at client's Porto office.
