Job Summary
This role involves driving top-line revenue growth through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling within our account database. Collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts. Develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop our market territory by identifying expansion opportunities, new decision makers, and closing meetings
- Leverage existing contacts to connect global learning leaders with our solution
- Drive top-line revenue growth through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling within our account database
- Collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture your accounts
- Develop compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for our solutions
- Participate in exhibitions and events, and travel to customer sites to support sales efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- SaaS and international experience a plus
- Strong relationships at all levels, including senior managers and C-suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, RFP answers, and negotiation skills
- Team player, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Minimum B2 English level
- Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable
- Active on social media in a business context
- Experience using LinkedIn
- Relevant experience in Training, e-Learning, HR services industry a plus
