What We Offer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home, enjoy 40 days of work abroad per year, participate in regular training and long-term development, and receive a travel fund of up to 12,000 CZK annually for flights, as well as a leisure fund of up to 6,000 CZK for sports activities, language courses, or other interests.

You will also be entitled to meal tickets worth 160 CZK per working day, three extra days of holiday (totaling 23 days per year), and discounted air tickets with Air France up to 90% off.

Your Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Success Advisor, you will help customers with various requests through multiple channels, establish positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors, and contribute to our mission of providing excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess proficiency in English and Spanish, be motivated to learn about airline and luxury industries, and have experience in customer service.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 60,000 CZK per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
