About the Job

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Operations, IT Service Delivery, or Service Desk departments, with a proven track record of providing technical support. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues escalated from the first level support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Technical Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to our workplace environment.
  • Support Projects: Collaborate with the Project Manager on various technical activities related to workplace projects.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents and service requests, identify problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Quality of Service: Support the delivery of annual IT satisfaction surveys and analyze results to enhance service quality.

About You

  • More than 2 years of experience in IT Operations or similar roles.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of workplace environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Incident Management and IT Asset Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT Service Management methodology (ITIL certification a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS 365 suite, Windows 11, Autopilot, MS Teams & SharePoint.
  • Advanced end-user workplace troubleshooting skills (MS PowerShell knowledge a plus).
